Scarborough Women's Centre

Scarborough Women's Centre empowers women to become economically and emotionally independent for future success and to strengthen their local communities. The Centre delivers programs and services to promote positive change for women in a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment. They provide information, education, counselling and support services to assist women in the transition to economic and emotional independence. They offer counselling and mentorship programs, and Workshops and Webinars. They offer several services of interest to newcomer women like Interpreters, Language tutoring, and Community-specific referrals. Scarborough Women’s Centre offers the Building Strong Futures: Young Women’s Outreach Program to meet the needs of young women, ages 14-21 at schools and community organizations in Scarborough.
