WDDS (Woodstock and District Developmental Services) is a non-profit charitable organization that has been providing opportunities and supports for people living with developmental disabilities in Oxford County. WDDS offers employment supports to assist people living with a disability to become contributing members of the business community through part-time or full-time employment. The Job Links program includes: Employment planning, Resume and cover letter assistance, Interview preparation, Job trials and training. The Nexus Program provides leveled pre-employment services to transitional age youth through a variety of workshops,experiential learning, and skill-building. The program focuses on building essential workplace qualifications using a holistic approach. People are given opportunities to overcome their barriers to employment in a self-directed and growth-focused learning environment.WDDS supports students on placements from various colleges who are enrolled in DSW, SSW, CYW,
