Threshold School of Building

THRESHOLD School of Building is a registered charity that is dedicated to practical and sustainable community development in the Hamilton area. They teach essential building skills and knowledge in an inclusive, supportive and safe environment, providing opportunities to apply those skills through participation in community and affordable housing projects. Their three main programs are: Ready to Work (RTW) which is an intensive 12-week construction program; General Home Maintenance (GHM) which is an evening program; and THRESHOLD Construction which is a social enterprise employing RTW graduates.
