The Hamilton Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) assists families with young children (newborn to 6) by addressing barriers that impact on their ability to reach optimal health. CAPC partners with community coalitions to deliver programs that increase both adult and child health, develop problem-solving skills and social networks, and to engage in their communities.
