West Island LGBTQ2+ Centre

A non-profit to have a place in which lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, two-spirit and people of other sexual orientations and gender identities are welcomed. They seek to provide a safe space for LGBTQ2+ individuals to explore their sexual and gender identities, provide a safe space for LGBTQ2+ youth, adults, seniors, and families to socialize and foster inclusiveness, offer educational programs for LGBTQ2+ people and for the wider community in schools, senior's homes and various institutions, reduce prejudice and bullying toward the LGBTQ2+ community, be a resource to the community and allies regarding LGBTQ2+ issues and advocate for the LGBTQ2+ community regarding social and public policy
