Qikiqtani Inuit Association

Qikiqtani Inuit Association (QIA) advances the rights and benefits of Qikiqtani Inuit through protecting and promoting their social, political, economic and cultural interests while safeguarding the land, waters and resources that sustain their communities. The Qikiqtani Skills and Training for Employment Partnership (Q-STEP), is designed to meet the employment needs of Inuit. This program boosts skills development across Qikiqtani, with a focus on training in the mining sector.
