British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)

BC College of Oral Health Professionals is the regulatory body for all oral health professionals in BC. BCCOHP serves the public by regulating 16,000 oral health professionals, including certified dental assistants, dental hygienists, dental technicians, dental therapists, dentists and denturists. Oral health professionals must be registered/certified with BCCOHP to practise in British Columbia. They regulate practice standards and guidelines; offer courses in Quality Assurance and Sedation programs; and learning opportunities to earn continuing education credits across the province.
