Treaty and Aboriginal Rights Research Centre of Manitoba Incorporated

The Treaty and Aboriginal Rights Research (TARR) Centre of Manitoba is a non-profit research organization, specializing in research relatd to Treaty Rights, Indigenous Rights, Treaty Land Entitlement, Claims Policy Reform, First Nation History, Indian Trust Funds and land claims. TARR will research and develop specific claims for First Nations people regarding land surrenders, reserve land alienation, the administration of Indian Trust funds and Treaty land entitlements. Services are provided at no charge to its member First Nations.
