SHIFT Strategies is a company that evolved out of a passion for transformation, ethical practice, and commitment to building agility within sectors to support renewal, growth, and progress. Working as an organizational growth strategist for over 20 years, Lori Anne has helped private, public and non-profit organizations identify and realize their strategic growth visions aligned with both strategic priorities and operational commitments. Lori Anne is a Master’s-trained strategist (MPA), with industry certifications in change management, project/priority alignment, coaching, facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution. Clients of the organization include Black Business Association, Women's Association, and Nova Scotia Health Centre.
