About

The Community Services Coordination Network (CSCN) is a Non-profit organization funded by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services and the Ministry of Health. The key function of CSCN is to coordinate access to various services and supports for adults with a developmental disability, and for children and adolescents with complex needs that may require a response from more than one service provider.
