PROMIS is the initiative of the missionary sister of the Immaculate Conception Andrée Ménard and three young immigrants. Together, they are committed to helping newcomers in their integration process in Quebec. Since its creation in 1989, the services have constantly evolved to adapt to the needs of immigrants in Montreal.
