Central Lambton Family Health Team

Family Health Teams are primary health care organizations that include a team of family physicians, nurse practitioner, physician assistants, nurses, social workers, dietitians, pharmacist, chiropodist and other professionals who work together to provide primary health care for their community. Central Lambton FHT also has a commitment to teaching and research and seeks to develop partnerships with organizations and professional bodies.
