PGNAETA
About
The Prince George Nechako Aboriginal Employment and Training Association (PGNAETA) operates a regional First Nations and Indigenous service centre which serves First Nations and Indigenous people in the Prince George Nechako Region. PGNAETA promotes human resource development, labour market interventions, employment gateway services, employment initiatives, essential skills services and related services currently provided by federal and provincial governments so as to meet the unique needs of the First Nations and Indigenous community within the area. PGNAETA's Aboriginal Employment Gateway is a walk-in client service with a twofold service; to place clients in industry-based training and to work with the industry to create job opportunities. The Aboriginal Employment Gateway will provide services to a clientele that is divergent in needs, education levels, skills and experience.
