Richmond Centre for Disability (RCD)

The Richmond Centre for Disability (RCD) is not-for-profit, disability-led and community-based, providing service to entire communities on disability issues. RCD offers Information and Networking services, Skills Development and Empowerment (e.g. Computer training, Caregiver training, Disability Awareness & Sensitivity training, Life Skills training, English class, Financial Literacy etc), Peer Support and Recreation, as well as other services like Children and Youth Summer Camp and Tax Return Service.
