About
The Toronto West Local Immigration Partnership (TWLIP) is a collaborative initiative to enhance local delivery of services to newcomers, while promoting the innovative and efficient use of community resources through improved coordination among social service agencies as well as other community stakeholders. The Toronto West LIP is funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Toronto West LIP Action Groups are established by the Toronto West LIP on an ongoing basis in order to implement projects and strategic initiatives that are identified by the TWLIP Planning & Coordinating Committee (PCC). Their Employment Resource Connections Action Group's goal is to raise awareness of partner services and improve referral processes through online resources and building capacity of front-line staff in the employment sector.
