Accès Microcrédit Gaspésie-Îles-de-la-Madeleine is a member of the MicroEntreprendre network, a leader in entrepreneurial microcredit, which is a unique tool for development and economic inclusion. The strength of the network lies in its 17 members from 14 regions of Quebec who offer local support and microloans to entrepreneurs in the province. They contribute to the economic and human development of the community through offering technical support, local support and financing. They are intended for entrepreneurs with limited access to conventional financial services that will then be able to carry out dynamic projects that will generate jobs in Gaspésie and Îles-de-la Madeleine. Their offerings include flexible start-up support, financing loans at favourable rates and terms up to $20,000 to entrepreneurs and free personalized support to entrepreneurs in the region. This business financing practice aims to give access to credit and local support to excluded populations, on the fringe of conventional business financing networks. From supporting the launch of businesses to the expansion or consolidation of business projects, the organization supports anyone with a viable business project.
