Century Initiative

Century Initiative's goal is to advocate for policies and programs that would increase Canada’s population to 100 million by 2100. They lead, enable and support long-term thinking and planning required to manage this growth. To achieve their goal, Century Initiative builds partnership with other agencies on initiatives that support long-term thinking and planning in five key focus areas: immigration; infrastructure and environment; economy, innovation and entrepreneurship, support for children and families; and education, skills and employment. Their offerings include advocacy, educational initiatives, partnering with researchers and practitioners to fill policy and program gaps and inform decision-making, and convene with stakeholders.
