Automotive Parts Manufacturers’ Association (APMA)

Automotive Parts Manufacturers’ Association (APMA) is Canada’s national association representing Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) producers of parts, equipment, tools, supplies, advanced technology, and services for the worldwide automotive industry. The Association’s fundamental objective is to promote the original equipment (O.E.) automotive supply manufacturing industry both domestically and internationally. The APMA launched the Future of Work Scholarship Program in 2022 that awarded ten scholarships worth $2,500 each to post-secondary students in any year of study pursuing a future in Canada’s exciting automotive industry. This $25,000 fund included four scholarships from Invest WindsorEssex and one from Build a Dream. Their Career Ready Fund (CRF): Auto Stream Program helps connect students with careers in the auto sector, the APMA is working with colleges and universities to help place 669 students, apprentices and recent graduates with jobs and careers in Ontario’s automot
