The First Peoples' Cultural Council

The First Peoples' Cultural Council (FPCC) provides leadership for the revitalization of Indigenous languages, culture and arts in British Columbia. The mandate of FPCC is to assist B.C. First Nations in their efforts to revitalize their languages, arts and cultures. They are committed to providing communities with a high level of support and quality resources. FPCC do this by offering opportunities for skill development, coaching, grant funding, resources, models of success, and innovative technologies.
