Global Executive Leadership Initiative

Global Executive Leadership Initiative (GELI) is a global leadership initiative working to support executive leaders across the humanitarian and development sector. They take leaders on a journey of self reflection and growth to realize their full potential and drive more effective action for people across the globe. Their Executive Leadership Program is a 12-month leadership development and executive coaching program, where participants will get a chance to be challenged to evolve their leadership approach. GELI's Regional Training Program brings learning opportunities to regional hubs around the world to make training opportunities more accessible to leaders that are working in operational settings. The program offers short and specialized training on specific topics through the lens of leadership. The courses are delivered through a blended in-person and online curriculum, with the in-person residential sessions being offered in Nairobi, Dakar, Amman, Bangkok and Panama City. GELI
