About
Forum of Labour Market Ministers (FLMM) is composed of federal, provincial and territorial ministers responsible for labour market policies and programs. The FLMM is an intergovernmental forum established to strengthen co-operation and strategic thinking on the labour market priorities of the provinces, territories and Canada. Labour Market Ministers are committed to fostering inclusive labour market participation, addressing labour and skills shortages and mismatches, and supporting labour market adjustments and worker resilience. Their initiatives include: Changing nature of work and skills; Labour mobility; Participation of underrepresented groups; and offering complemetary federal, provicial, and territorial training and programs responsive to changing labour market conditions.
