Flamborough Connects

Flamborough Connects is a community organization that offers information and community services to residents Flamborough, Waterdown, and the surrounding rural areas. They offer education services for seniors, adult programs, and education services for money management. They have a Youth Empowerment Program which is a hub for youth with several activities: youth job fair; summer employment pportunities; youth volunteer fairs; opportunities to explore topics and activities chosen by youth: recreation, social inclusion, physical and mental wellbeing; and opportunities to learn and implement leadership skills – and coach younger participants. They also offer the Youth Employment Services (YES) which registers youth looking for work and employers looking to hire youth.
