Carrefour Emploi des Collines

The Collines-de-l'Outaouais Integrated Local Employability Centre (CIEL) was created on March 1, 2010, following the signing of a service agreement between the Collines-de-l'Outaouais Economic and Employment Service Centre (CSÉE) and Emploi-Québec. This specialized service, called the Employment Assistance Service (SAE), aims to provide residents of the six municipalities of the Collines-de-l'Outaouais RCM with specialized support to validate their career choices, return to the job market or return to school in a qualifying training program.
