Oil Sands Community Alliance (OSCA)

The Oil Sands Community Alliance (OSCA) builds shared value and healthy communities to enable the sustainable development of Canada’s oil sands and the region where we operate. They use a collaborative approach to facilitate engagement among stakeholders including municipalities, government and industry. OSCA focuses on four key areas: Indigenous Community Relations, Community Well-Being, Infrastructure, and Workforce. They work with stakeholders to understand labour market forecasts and required skills to maintain a qualified workforce in Alberta’s oil sands.
