Settlement Services International (SSI)

SSI is a community organisation and social business that supports newcomers and refugees. They work people who have experienced vulnerability, including refugees, people seeking asylum and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities, to build capacity and enable them to overcome inequality. SSI provides educational, employment, migration and settlement services. They additional offer family and youth programs and offer educational scholarships. SSI has partnered with ISS of BC (Immigrant Settlement Services of British Columbia) to launch the Ignite Project -which helps newcomer entrepreneurs start up businesses in Canada.
