Electricity Human Resources Canada (EHRC) is a non-profit organization supporting the human resources needs of the Canadian electricity and renewable energy sector. They work to strengthen the ability of the Canadian electricity industry in meeting current and future needs for their workforce. EHRC works in collaboration with their employer, labour, education, and government stakeholders, in the areas of Diversity and Inclusion, Change management, Youth employment funding, and Training and Development. They offer Professional Skills Training and Powerline Trade Development Initiative. EHRC works closely with educators across the country to ensure a steady transition for students from learning into careers.
