YWCA St. Thomas Elgin provides programs and services that focus on leadership, advocacy, and opportunities for women and girls. Their programs include: community engagement and resources, skills training and upgrading, newcomers services and integration and language programs, Local Immigration Partnership programs, youth programs, the Uplift Program, and settlement services for newcomer youth.
