Healthy Start for Mom and Me

Healthy Start is an organization for people who are pregnant and parents with babies up to 1 year. They help new parents and parents-to-be learn about healthy parenting, raising healthy babies and making healthy choices. They offer weekly programs with an outreach worker, dietician, and a public/community health nurse. They provide referrals to other agencies and offer additional supports for newcomers.
