The 4-H program provides positive experiences designed to support the development of resilient and healthy youth through fostering positive self-identity, self-esteem, responsibility, and a sense of achievement, by incorporating values-based programming in four areas of skills development: Community Engagement and Communications, The Environment and Healthy Living, Science and Technology, and Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security.
