Canadian Forces College

The Canadian Forces College is a military school for senior and general officers of the Canadian Armed Forces. The college provides graduate-level military education courses meant to enable officers to effectively provide leadership within the Canadian Forces in a whole-of-government framework.They prepare senior Canadian Armed Forces officers, foreign officers, and public and private sector leaders to serve in joint command and staff positions or fulfill future strategic responsibilities within a complex global security environment. The CFC is part of the re-focused Canadian Defence Academy (CDA), which continues to exist now as an ‘education group’ composed of the Royal Military College of Canada, the Royal Military College Saint-Jean, and the CFC. In addition to their military program curriculum, they offer distance learning for joint programs and staff programs, and house several research institute for the Government of Canada.
