Community Living Port Colborne - Wainfleet

Community Living Port Colborne - Wainfleet supports people with intellectual disabilities to achieve their desired quality of life in partnership with the community. They provide, develop and support access to a wide range of living options, including group homes, children's programs, adult day programs, and pre-employment programs.They also help young people with developmental disabilities prepare for the transition to adulthood and leaving children's services.
