Guelph Community Health Centre

Guelph Community Health Centre actively works with the community to provide innovative programs and services and commits to working with and meeting the needs of people who may find it hard to access health care. Their target groups are homeless, low income, newcomers with language barriers, mental health/addition issues, mental disability and without access to primary care.
