Bridging the Gap is a Halton-based confidential case management support service for youth aged 16-24 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Bridging the Gap provides links to finding Ontario Works, food, aletrnative education, work, housing, and more. Thor organization helps to provide housing so that youth are able to flourish and focus on school or securing work.
