Direct Your Life Organization

Direct Your Life Organization (DYL) is a non-profit organization in Ontario that supports Black youth and adults who are at-risk or have been involved with the justice system. Founded and run by individuals with lived experience, DYL provides mentorship, coaching, and community-based programs to help with reintegration, employment, and education. Its goal is to prevent incarceration and recidivism by offering resources and guidance to help participants build successful lives.
