Times Change Women's Employment Service is a non-profit charitable community agency that offers training, employment services, employment and educational counselling and resources. Their services include: career planning workshops, employment workshops, job matching and placement, resume clinic, instructor and self-directed computer workshops, information sessions for women needing skills training, an employment essentials program, and a digital training centre.
