Community Living Chatham-Kent

Community Living Chatham-Kent is a non-profit charitable organization. For Children and youth, they offfer recreation and work activities. For adults with disabilities, they promote skill development and community connections. Community Supports provides services to adults, who have diverse abilities, so that they can live as fully and as independently as possible in their communities.
