They provide employees and colleagues with available training and certification opportunities through Aviva University including: learning academies, early career pathways; digital re-skilling initiative, leadership and management development programmes, apprenticeships and work placements, and access to funding for degreee level qualifications and professional certifications. Additional funding is also available for job specific skills-based training.
