West Island Citizen Advocacy

West Island Citizen Advocacy’s purpose is to improve the quality of life and defend the rights of all those who are living with a handicapping condition or who are disadvantaged in the community by supporting them and matching them with competent volunteers. This support includes social support for isolated individuals, practical support which includes accompanying to appointments, and long-term housing support. In addition, their Youth programs encourage youth to volunteer.
