Career Launcher

Career Launcher provides wage subsidies and hiring incentives to help address labour shortages, strengthen industries, and improve equity and diversity in the workplace. They help job seekers access meaningful employment and free training opportunities to kickstart their careers through securing paid internships, a job in trades, or free skills and career training. For employers, they facilitate receiving wage subsidies or hiring incentives to strengthen organizations. The Clean Tech Internships program supports the growth of the green workforce by encouraging organizations to hire a clean tech intern and give them the chance to apply their STEM skills through hands-on experience and mentorship. Organizations receive up to $30,000 towards their salary, training and wrap-around services costs.
