Alpha Lira's mission is to welcome people regardless of their social background and to support them by providing them with the tools and learning they need to promote their integration into Quebec society. The organization thus aims to encourage its participants to take an active role in the community through various training courses that help break isolation, develop autonomy and self-confidence, and improve opportunities on the job market.
