Association of Manitoba Book Publishers

The mandate of the AMBP is to support our membership through information-sharing activities, marketing efforts, advocacy work and operations. In doing so, the AMBP also engages with the book industry, government, media, other stakeholders and the public in Manitoba, Canada and beyond. AMBP advocates for their member publishers on issues that are important for the continued creation of local books, while raising awareness on issues of concern such as copyright and foreign ownership in the industry. The AMBP coordinates a wide-variety of marketing and outreach projects in support of Manitoba publishers.
