The Sectoral Committee for Manpower in Industrial Metal Manufacturing is a non-profit organization whose Board of Directors is made up entirely of industry representatives (employers and unions). Its mission is to promote and consolidate consultation between the various players in the metal fabrication industry with a view to a common objective: training and development of the workforce.
